What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use an exclusive shipping service and provide free shipping. You can alternatively use any shipping service in the US including FedEx and UPS at additional cost. For USPS first class mail – This shipping method is available for all orders less than 13 ounces and is a great way to save on shipping for small items. For example, you can order (6) 1 oz fragrances and still use First Class for shipping. You can see the weight of your order on the cart page! Most First Class Mail packages arrive within 3-5 days, however, please note that USPS does not guarantee transit times, so it may take up to 15 days to receive your order.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders placed on our website before 4 PM ET will ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email and you can also track your shipment in the tracking section on the website! Generally, shipping takes 2 to 3 days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. This includes shipping to Canada.
If you arrange to have your order shipped to you internationally via an international freight forwarder, please be aware that We will not accept responsibility for any damage that occurs in international transit. We do not ship internationally and do not guarantee the safety of orders shipped by other agencies. You will need to handle all international damage issues with your freight forwarder.
